The
Electra 1007 Be is a compact 2 way, loudspeaker,
capable of great musicality and is particularly
analytical. Utilising the same woofer/mid-range
driver from the limited edition Electra 907 Be,
spectacular improvements have been made thanks in
part to the "Advanced ? construction"
but more especially the inclusion of the new pure
Beryllium IAL tweeter.
The mid-range/tweeter cross-over point becomes imperceptible
and coherence is exemplary. A foam bung is included
to be used – when needed – with the
rear laminar bass port. The bung is recommended
for use when the speaker is paced close to a wall
or at an angle in order to control bass output.
Equally, it helps with power handling.
A S1007 stand in a sophisticated design are available
in a choice of two fi nishes – satin black
or a very luxurious lacquered black.
